The Team Coaching & Mentoring Programme uses the Growth Sessions Framework as a guide structure for each session. We look at the foundations, processes, culture and performance within your business and how we can implement improvements that will help your team and business thrive.

 

During these sessions, we focus on mindset, mindfulness, intentional productivity, habits, behaviours, and how you engage better with your work, both individually and as a team.

 

These are areas where you and your team can activate small changes that have incremental positive effects on business, performance and wellbeing. We’ll set goals and start implementing small changes right from the start.

 

This is a bespoke training and exploration programme and can be tailored to your requirements. The sessions are spread out over 6-9 weeks, configured in a way that suits your team. Each session is usually no more than 2 hours in duration. There are typically 6 sessions which build upon each other, amounting to 12 hours of online group session time in total.

Packages start from £ 4,750.00 *

 

* Rates are dependent on team size, content requirements, and specific company needs. Quoted rate is for a 12 hour online coaching programme (6 sessions over 6-9 weeks) for a group of 5-10 people. Rates exclude travel expenses, if required and not local.

 

The workshop sessions work best with 5 to 10 people in a session. The same people should attend every session, as they build upon each other.

 

This business coaching and performance mentoring programme is ideal for small companies with 5 to 35 employees. It can also be rolled out in larger companies with separate workshop programmes for separate teams or divisions.

 

All sessions are typically run online via Zoom with Mural. You will receive a video copy of the sessions for your records and materials for each session.
