The Team Mentoring Programme uses the Growth Sessions Framework as a guide structure for each session. We look at the foundations, processes, culture and performance within your business and how we can implement improvements that will help your team and business thrive.

 

During the coaching sessions, we focus on mindset, mindfulness approaches, habits, behaviours, and how you engage with your work – individually and as a team. Areas where you can activate small changes that have a knock on positive effect on your business and your performance. We’ll set goals and start implementing small changes right from the start.

 

It’s a bespoke training and exploration programme, run online, that can be tailored to your requirements. There are typically 8 to 12 hours of online group session time. The sessions are spread out over 6-9 weeks, configured in a way that suits your team, but usually no more than 2 hours per session.
